Booking Appointments & Payments

Payments are required upon booking your appointment.  Appointments are booked through my scheduler of which I will send you the link after we have communicated via email.  Email address is sue@piedpiperofpurpose.com.  Payments are made via PayPal and I will send you the invoice once your appointment is made.

Cancellation Policy

Our work together is important and commitment to the process is of the utmost importance but I accept that things can get in the way of the best-laid plans.  As a result, I am willing to allow a one-time cancellation for every appointment booked.  This means, if you have booked an appointment, you can reschedule it once at no charge with 48 hours advanced notice.  If you need to reschedule within that 48-hour window, there is a $25 service fee.  No shows to appointment times will result in a no-refund policy coming into play.

 

Workshop Cancellation Policy

By signing up for any of the workshops on this site, you are agreeing to pay for those courses in full. 

 

Missed Appointments & Refunds

Being 10 or more minutes late is considered a missed appointment, and forfeits your appointment.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for a missed appointment or cancelled appointments within 48 hours.

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

 

Confidentiality

All appointments are private and will be conducted in a confidential manner. Details of any connections will never be disclosed. Pinky Swear!
