Have you had this moment in your life yet? I remember being on a retreat up in Canada in February 2018 when I had my moment. It was a feeling that came over me that rang with certainty, while it also left me feeling a bit wobbly like I stepped on uneven ground.  

I was a bit awed as I came out of meditation we were doing as a group. I had a knowing that my purpose in life, why I was here on this earth, was to help other women realize that they didn't need to be rescued by someone. They had what they needed within to rescue themselves.  

We all grew up with the fairytales, where the knight rescued the princess. Or if you are my age, the old movies where the damsel in distress is rescued off the railroad tracks by Dudley Do-Right. Snidely Whiplash had tied the helpless young lass to the tracks, and Dudley rode by on his trusted stead and swept her up right before the train arrived.

Snidley represents the roadblocks and obstacles that show up in our lives, and Dudley, the actions that lead us to the solutions we seek. As clear as a bell, I knew with certainty that I had successfully rescued myself on multiple occasions, and this was the gift I wanted to share with and teach to other women.  

Know with certainty that you are enough, as you are right now, to be the answer that you seek.
